Our On Ramp Course is an in depth introduction to CrossFit. The On Ramp Course is a month long and consists of 12 training sessions three days a week. The classes are taught every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We offer two different class times. 8:15-9:15am and 8:15-9:15pm. The On Ramp program will cover all the exercises you will need to know to participate in our group classes. A trainer will demonstrate all the exercises then teach you proper form and technique to execute these movements. This program will also cover discussion topics such as nutrition, recovery, and the CrossFit philosophy. This program is required for all our new members prior to joining our group class.
