Welcome to the family!

First, click on our “About CrossFit” section and read what we are all about. CrossFit is a unique workout program that cannot be explained in one sentence. Learn the reasons behind what we do and why we do it.

Second, go to our “About CFCM” section. Here you will find our fees, schedule and most importantly our On Ramp course. We require everyone who walks through the door to complete our On Ramp course. Click on the link to find out why.

Still not sure about CrossFit?? We offer a FREE CLASS every Saturday at 1pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 8pm.

P.S. bring some water and some clothes to sweat in.

    so i’m interested in doing crossfit, is the on ramp program the same amount $150. a month or is that a different price? and from what i understand you have to complete this program first before starting the group sessions? i’d like to come in for your free class? Saturdays seem to work the best for me, i register on line, correct?
