If you have never done Crossfit or any kind of weightlifting before, we highly recommend you add on one of our personal training packages HERE. Many new members benefit from a few one-on-one coaching sessions to learn the more common lifts and movements you will see in our group classes.

Yes, as long as you submit your request at least 14 days prior to the next billing date. We allow holds for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 90 days, twice per calendar year.

Yes, as long as a cancellation form is submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

Yes, we offer 20% off for first responders, military and students. Must show valid ID for discount.
