Opening Day today was great. We want to thank everyone who came down and supported us. We also want to thank the Marines for bringing the guys and girls down for the morning workout. I think we are going to need a bigger puke bucket! Check out the site tomorrow for pictures from today.

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch.
