FROM ALL THE TRAINERS AND MEMBERS AT CROSSFIT CENTERMASS WE WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHIES TO GARY D’AMBROSIO WHO JUST LOST HIS WIFE IN A TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU. ANYTHING YOU NEED WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

  2. Kyle M. says:

Garey you are always a barrel of laughs and you bring a lot of life to the gym. I remember meeting your wife at the Christmas party and she had a great sense of humor just like you. It’s unfortunate that terrible things happen to great people.

  3. Korey M says:

I’m so sorry to hear that Garey, and you and your family have my deepest condolences. :(

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports!" CrossFit Inc.
