I’m sad to say that I’m moving back home to PA in a few days to live with my Mom for the summer. Just finished my residency at Tufts and need to study for the Veterinary pathology board exam which is in late September. Fun times! I’ll be back for a few weeks in September to stay with a friend in Millbury before the exam and will definitely come back to the gym…and then will move wherever I’m lucky enough to find a job. CFCM has been a wonderful place to train these past 8 months and I want to thank all the trainers and members for making it such an awesome gym. It’s been a privilege and real pleasure to workout with and get to know everyone. Heading to CFCM after work has been the best part of the day and I don’t know what I’d have done without it. I’ll miss you guys but will look forward to being back for a bit in September.

    Best wishes to everyone!

    Vin

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports!" CrossFit Inc.
