This is a TEAM WOD. Athlete #1 will perform the work listed above. Athlete #2 will complete a 400m run with a WallBall. Once Athlete #2 returns from the run, Athlete #1 will grab the wallball and begin their 400m run, while Athlete #2 continues work wherever Athlete #1 left off. The Wallball must stay in the air the entire workout.
